About John
Hi, I'm John, and welcome to John's Caps. Since 1978, this shop has been more than a place where caps are made. It's been my life's work, my pride, and a part of me in every stitch.
In my workshop, I've spent long days cutting, stitching, and shaping each cap by hand. I never chased fashion, only honest work and lasting quality. Over the years, many of you have become more than customers, and for that I'm grateful.
This may be the end of my shop, but not of the story. May the caps you wear bring you the same pride and comfort that making them has given me.
Lifetime Craftsmanship Guarantee
When I make a cap, I make it to last. Each one is cut and stitched with steady hands and careful attention to detail. That's why I stand by every piece with my Lifetime Craftsmanship Promise. If your cap ever needs repair because of the way it was made, I'll make it right. A cap from my workshop is meant to stay with you for many years, just as I intended from the start.
What our customers say
"got this for my dads bday and he wont stop talking about it lol. didnt expect much honestly but the quality is really there"
"Good cap. fits well, material feels solid not like the cheap stuff you get online usually. shipping took about a week for me"
"you can tell the material is good quality just by touching it. doesnt feel like it was rushed or mass produced at all"
"Really impressed with the stitching and the fabric weight. feels like something that'll actually hold up over time, not just look nice for a month"
"material is soft but still sturdy, kind of hard to explain but it just feels like quality. wears comfortably all day too"
"the fabric on this cap is genuinely impressive. thick where it needs to be, breathable where it counts, you can tell real thought went into picking it"
"best material ive felt on a cap in this price range honestly. doesnt feel cheap or plasticky like a lot of stuff online.."
"Fabric feels premium, stitching is tight and even all the way around. no loose threads anywhere which says a lot!"
"Material holds up even after getting caught in the rain a couple times, dried fine and kept its shape."
"The fabric quality alone makes this worth it. feels like a cap that'll last years not just a season"
"really solid material, feels heavier and better made than caps twice the price ive bought before.."
"You can just feel the difference in the fabric compared to store bought stuff. this ones built different honestly."

Each cap is carefully handcrafted in my workshop. I cut the cloth, stitch every seam, and shape each piece by hand. I've been making caps this way since 1978, with the same steady care and attention to detail.
A well-made cap doesn’t need much to last. Keep it in a cool, dry place when you’re not wearing it, and give it a gentle brush now and then to keep the fabric fresh. If it gets wet, let it dry naturally. Simple care will keep your cap in good shape for years.
And if you’re ever unsure, you can always ask me directly.
Yes, I offer free shipping on all orders. Once your cap has been shipped, I’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow its journey to you.
